Admissions

a) Admission to the school is normally through the LKG class. Application for admission to the LKG class must be made in the prescribed form by the parent or legal guardian during January. All admission formalities will be completed in February for the academic year beginning in June.

b) Admission to higher classes, subject to availability of vacancies, will be based on the entrance test and personal interview of the candidate.

c) The students who complete UKG from the school are automatically absorbed into Class I, provided there is no adverse remark on them. However, their parents are required to fill in a fresh application form during the month of March and submit this along with the photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths. Failure to reapply will result in forfeiture of their seat, and the vacancy created will be offered to external applicants.

d) Admission to Class XI will begin soon after the Class X results are announced.

The School Is Wholly Owned And Managed By The Madhya Kerala Diocese Of The Church Of South India.In The Year 2004-05,The School Was Upgraded To Senior Secondary Level.

Pre-Primary
Age Criteria:
  • Minimum Age: 4 years as of 31st March of the current academic session.
  • Maximum Age: Less than 5 years as of 31st March of the current academic session.
Admission Process:
  • Informal interaction with the child and parents.
  • Submission of the following documents:
    • Birth certificate (original & copy)
    • Passport-sized photographs of the child
    • Proof of address (Aadhar/Voter ID of parents)
    • Medical fitness certificate (if applicable)

Admissions are subject to the availability of seats. We encourage parents to complete the application process at the earliest.

Age Criteria:
  • Class I: Minimum age of 5 years as of 31st March of the current academic session.
  • Subsequent classes follow progressive age norms.
Admission Process:
  • Written assessment for core subjects.
  • Interaction with student and parents.
  • Submission of necessary academic records and transfer certificates.
Documents Required:
  • Transfer Certificate from previous school
  • Academic report cards (previous year)
  • Passport-sized photographs of the student
  • Proof of residence
  • Birth certificate (for Class I)
